여러가지 압축 툴이 있지만, 제 기준으로

무료에, 회사에서 사용할 수 없는 제약도 없고(알집은 회사에서 사용하면 저작 문제가 발생)

압축률도 좋고, 일단 번거럽지도 않고, 다양한 압축 기능을 제공하는

7-zip 이 양호한 툴인 것 같네요..

1) License

7-Zip is open source software. Most of the source code is under the GNU LGPL license. The unRAR code is under a mixed license: GNU LGPL + unRAR restrictions. Check license information here: 7-Zip license.

You can use 7-Zip on any computer, including a computer in a commercial organization. You don't need to register or pay for 7-Zip.
